Alix Earle Threw a “Jersey Shore”-Inspired Bash for Her 24th Birthday — Complete with a 'Hot Mess' Tracksuit

Alix Earle rang in her 24th birthday with a Jersey Shore-inspired birthday bash.

Ahead of her actual birthday on Dec. 16, the social media star gave an inside peek into her birthday celebrations from the weekend on TikTok and Instagram, where she revealed that she went bar-hopping with friends in Key West, Fla.

In a "get ready with me" TikTok from the weekend posted on Dec. 16, Earle said "everyone's getting into character" for the Jersey Shore-themed weekend that she penned "24 at the shore." The video featured her friend and fellow social media star Jake Shane in the background, who also got ready for the birthday festivities with her.

She shared that she planned to do a "bar crawl on Duval Street" with her friends and showed off her Y2K-inspired outfit for the night, which was "centered around" her big red furry boots. She also wore a cheetah-print bra, jean shorts, a "Queen" cap and a white tank top that read "I may be a mess, but at least I'm hot."

Earle shared glimpses from her weekend on Instagram, including the hot pink "hot mess" tracksuit she wore when she arrived in Key West. On TikTok, she shared clips of her dancing at the dive bars and blowing out her birthday candles. She gave a closer look at her brightly decorated cheetah-print birthday cake on Instagram, which had "24 at the shore" written over the top and was surrounded by cookies decorated with references to the popular MTV reality series.

On her actual birthday, Earle revealed in another "get ready with me" TikTok that her boyfriend Braxton Berrios planned a surprise for her and that she didn't "know what I'm getting ready for." On Instagram stories, Earle later revealed that Berrios surprised her with a low-key birthday celebration and treated her to sushi for dinner.

"I'm so happy to be turning 24," she shared while she put on her makeup. "I feel like 23 was a really confusing year for me [since] it was my first year officially being out of college and figuring out what I was doing with my life, figuring out who I am as a person."

She also talked about her birthday celebrations over the weekend with her friends and said that "the people I surrounded myself with has made such a big difference in my life."

Earle added that she was told by an astrologer that "24 [will be] a big year of change and contracts" after "accurately predicting" so many other things for her in the past and planned to see her again for her updated prediction for 24.

She added that felt like she's now a "different person than I was a year ago" and definitely "more mature" at 24. "I'm definitely more confident and sure of who I am this year," she continued. "I feel like I went through so many different emotions and self-discovery points over this year. And I'm just excited to be 24."
