Alice Ko thanks husband at the backstage of Golden Bell Awards
29 Sep – After forgetting to thank her husband Kunda Hsieh on stage, Alice Ko decided to express her gratitude to the singer-actor while speaking to the media after accepting her Best Actress award at the 2020 Golden Bell Awards.
As reported on Epoch Times, the actress who won for her role in "Someday Or One Day", stated that she owed a lot to Kunda for giving her the space to develop her character back when she was preparing for the said series.
"When I was really involved in the role, I really didn't care about everything around me, and would easily ignore others, so I really am thankful to him for always being tolerant with me," she said.
Alice also stated that she is happy that Taiwan's television industry is redeveloping in recent years, and that the overall environment has become better and better.
"There have been many good scripts, which made me very happy," she added.
Alice and Kunda have been married for three years, after the two met on the set of the television series "Gung Hay Fat Choy" five years prior.
