Ali Lee clarifies comments about TVB's long hours
12 Feb – TVB actress Ali Lee recently clarified her previous statement during an appearance on Carol Cheng's show about the time wasted waiting on filming sets.
As reported on HK01, the actress, who previously discussed about the infamous TVB long hours with Carol, explained to the media that waiting long hours for a scene is unavoidable, since there are a lot of things to be done before one can begin filming.
"Filming is not a one-man job, so you can't help but be patient while waiting. There is lighting, make-up, costume, and more. Sometimes, they have to change the backdrop of the scene as well," she said.
Ali stated that in some instances, both cast and crew had to wait for a certain weather to pass, which sometimes takes a lot of time.
"This is all very normal. It's inevitable for an actor to wait," she added.
