"The recipe never changed since my uncle, Ali Bouzid, founded the bakery. Eighty percent of the customers are regulars, they know that it is good quality. It is the house of the poor. The ones who can afford, buy them, those who can't afford them get them for free. It is about about quality, and it is known even abroad. Before confinement, Algerians living in France, England or Spain came here to buy it."
