Agile International successfully held the topping-out ceremony on April 26, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion of projects in Malaysia. Agile Embassy Garden is Agile International’s first wholly-operated development project.

During the ceremony, Agile International’s CEO, Chai Keng Wai, expressed his gratitude to all the individuals involved in the project, including consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, agencies, banks, and media from all walks of life. He especially thanked CNQC Malaysia, the project’s main contractor, for their dedication, hard work, and pursuit of excellence, which were crucial to the successful topping out of the project. Chai said, “Without the hard work and support of our sales team and agency partners over the past two years, we would not have been able to achieve sales during difficult times.” He also mentioned, “With the opening of borders in many countries since last year and our focus on the local market strategy, we are confident that our sales will soon return to normal, and our project’s cash flow is stronger than ever before.”

With the joint efforts of all parties, they are confident in delivering the project on time and with quality to the owners, making Agile Embassy Garden a residential landmark in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

Agile Embassy Garden is located in the embassy district of Kuala Lumpur, with 1,296 units and a total development value of MYR 1.8 billion. It is the tallest residential project on Jalan Ampang, with 64 floors. The project is a 360-degree, unobstructed residential development where magnificent views of international landmarks such as KLCC and TRX, as well as the Royal Selangor Golf Club, can be enjoyed. After completion, it will become one of Malaysia’s iconic buildings and have the highest sky bar in Kuala Lumpur.

Lastly, Chai stated that Agile International still has ambitious plans to expand to other parts of the world, but Malaysia will remain a key focus in Southeast Asia. He said, “There are many challenges ahead, and we will continue to work together to ensure that Agile Embassy Garden maintains good sales, provides customers with high-quality housing products and services, and allows more people to enjoy the beautiful life brought by Agile International.”
