The Las Vegas Aces announced the signing of three-time All-Star guard Chelsea Gray on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old Gray played the last five seasons with the Los Angeles Sparks. She has career averages of 11.7 points, 4.2 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 191 games (125 starts) with the Connecticut Sun (2015) and Sparks.

"I'm excited to start a new chapter in my career with the Las Vegas Aces," Gray said in a news release. "They already have a talented roster, made up of great competitors, and I can't wait to get out on the floor with them. We play this game to win, and our goal from day one is to bring a WNBA championship to the city of Las Vegas."

Gray was a member of the Sparks' WNBA title team in 2016. She has been a starter over the past four seasons and has averaged 14.1 points, 5.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds during the stretch.

"Chelsea is an elite level playmaker in the WNBA, and players like her don't come available very often," Aces coach and president of basketball operations Bill Laimbeer said in the news release. "She's also a quality person and teammate with valuable postseason and championship experience. Adding someone to our roster with her ability to consistently make the big play brings us that much closer to a championship."

Gray played college basketball at Duke and was a first-round pick (11th overall) in the 2014 WNBA Draft by Connecticut. She missed the 2014 season due to a fractured knee suffered during her senior season.

Gary was traded to the Sparks prior to the 2016 season.
