Aaron Kwok and Francis Ng reunite in "Insider"

8 Jun – It's been 22 years since they worked together, and now Aaron Kwok and Francis Ng are reunited in the new Emperor Motion Picture movie project, "Insider" (working title).

As reported on Mingpao, the two stars, who appeared at the launching ceremony on 6 June, expressed mutual happiness over the opportunity to work together again, having done so back in 2000 in Gordon Chan's "2000 AD".

"I recently watched Francis in "Drifting", and he was very good in it. To be able to work together again, and to collaborate with actors young and new, I really am elated," said Aaron.

As for Francis, who was cast in replacement of Raymond Lam, the actor stated that all of that do not matter at all to him, since the project enabled him to reunite with Aaron.

"Last time I got to work with Jacky Cheung and Nicholas Tse, and this time it's with Aaron. I am already satisfied, so I don't mind that much in terms of remuneration," he added.

Not much is known about the Alan Mak film, but that Aaron stars as a lawyer while Francis plays a cop. Other co-stars include Simon Yam, Alex Fing, Niki Chow, Kathy Yuen, Gladys Li and Max Cheung.
