90,000-Acre Wildfire Destroys Hundreds of Structures in California

The Caldor Fire, which grew to 90,107 acres in a week, has destroyed 270 structures and damaged another 15 in El Dorado County, California, fire officials said.

Footage filmed by Craig Philpott shows a structure fully engulfed by flames, and a burned-out vehicle. The footage was filmed on Caldor Road near Grizzly Flat Road in Somerset, Philpott said.
