Next week on Hollyoaks, both Cher and Mercedes find themselves in danger because of Silas, while Ollie and Joel struggle with different temptations, and James discovers Juliet's secret.
Here's a full collection of the nine biggest moments coming up:
1. Cher walks into danger
Those who watch Hollyoaks at E4 pace will know that Cher's world imploded last night, when Mercedes exposed her dark killer secret to everyone in The Dog. Because of this, Cher will hit the self-destruct button next week – unknowingly walking into danger as a result.
After necking a bottle of wine, a drunk Cher comes face to face with evil Silas Blissett, who is quick to use the situation to his advantage...
2. Ollie battles with temptation
Ollie has promised both Luke and Brooke that he's going to get back on the straight and narrow, but he'll struggle to stick to his word while his dad is away.
Victor and Juliet turn up at the Cunninghams' with a plan in mind, where Ollie plays right into their hands.
Sadly, but not wholly surprisingly, Juliet's easy-to-access stash becomes all too much of a temptation for Ollie. Is he about to make another big mistake?
3. Goldie feels insecure over her relationship
It's been a tough few weeks for Goldie, who has been plagued with insecurity following the return of Joel's ex-girlfriend Cleo.
Although Goldie has been able to address her jealousy towards Cleo, it's about to become apparent that she could have been barking up the wrong tree. That's because, Cleo isn't the one Goldie needed to be worrying about and Theresa could be the real problem here.
As Goldie continues to worry that she's simply a consolation prize for Joel, his fears appear to be well-founded when Theresa offers to inject some fun back into his life. Cleo warns Joel to stay away from her bad-influence cousin, but does he listen?
4. Joel hides a guilty secret
Sadly for Goldie, the answer to the above is a resounding: no. Ignoring Cleo's warning, Joel finds himself drawn back to a mischievous Theresa, but is left deeply regretful over his actions in the aftermath.
Desperate to keep what happened from Goldie, Joel turns to Cleo for help – but will she keep his secret?
5. Mercedes has a devastating accident
With Cher in Silas's dangerous clutches, Mercedes panics when she receives a worrying picture message of the teenager from the blackmailer.
Fearing for Cher's safety, Mercedes decides to take matters into her own hands and goes on the hunt for the mystery tormentor.
Mercedes is determined to tackle the blackmailer saga head on, until a phone call from Silas sends shivers down her spine and leads to a devastating accident.
6. James makes a worrying discovery
With Juliet more embroiled in Victor's dark world than ever before, James will be left horrified when he realises what she's been up to.
When James discovers that Juliet is a drug dealer, he comes up with a plan to free her from Victor’s clutches, but will it work?
7. Courtney tries to support Sid
With Sid due to return from his rehabilitation, Courtney rallies around to ensure he has the support he needs.
Courtney hopes that Imran and Brooke will help to remind him of the positives in his life, but what does the future hold for Sid?
8. Mercedes turns to PC Kiss
Following her sinister phone call, Mercedes is now confident that Silas is the one behind the blackmail.
Resorting to Plan B, Mercedes secretly asks PC George Kiss to help her track him down. But is she playing with fire?
9. Diane is jealous of Tony's new romance
Still in the dark over Edward's duplicitous demands, Diane is overcome with jealousy as Tony pursues a tentative romance with Maxine.
As Diane fears that Tony could be moving on, Edward warns Kurt to make sure he is.
Hollyoaks airs new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4. Classic episodes, titled Hollyoaks Favourites, air on Fridays at 7pm on E4.
