31 Bar Must-Haves for a Seriously Glam Oscars Party 🥂
This year marks the 95th annual Academy Awards, and the perfect excuse to get back into the swing of indoor entertaining. The red carpet broadcast will begin at 6:30 p.m. EST on March 12, with the awards going live at 8 p.m. EST and often running over the scheduled three and a half hours, meaning hosts have a solid four to five hours to entertain and impress.
Don your most festive attire (bonus points for anything with sequins or feathers), invite friends with opinions on fashion and film, and keep their glasses and plates filled to overflowing. Consider creating an Oscars cocktail using Claridge’s: The Cocktail Book as a guide (see below), and styling out your home bar, dining, or cocktail table with accoutrements befitting a glamorous evening. Metallic accessories are a staple of every host’s closet, and gold is conveniently on trend, meaning there’s never been a better time to invest in a few new acquisitions. You’re sure to be a winner, no matter what you choose.Courtesy Food 52 - 2/31
