17-year-old boy dies in single-vehicle crash on Campobello Island
A teenager died in a single-vehicle crash on Campobello Island on Friday night, according to a news release from New Brunswick RCMP.
The 17-year-old boy was a Campobello resident and was the only passenger in the vehicle, the release states. The driver has serious injuries, police say.
Police were called to the scene of the crash on Highway 774 in the Wilsons Beach area at around 11:20 p.m.
The cause of crash has not been determined. An investigation is underway.
