JAKARTA, Nov 19 - Indonesia's central bank will not implement foreign exchange controls, deputy governor Budi Mulya told Reuters in a telephone text message on Thursday.
Concerns over possible capital controls have hit the rupiah <IDR=> this week and the currency lost more ground on Thursday to post a drop of more than 1 percent to 9,510 per dollar.
