[NEWS] MORE TERENGGANU FLOOD-3

All roads in the affected areas are passable to vehicles except for the one connecting Kota Baharu and Pantai Cahaya Bulan which is still closed to all vehicles.

In ALOR SETAR, 474 people in Padang Terap were evacuated as at 3pm today.

A flood operations room spokesman Salim Mahmud said among the affected areas are Kampung Tanjung, Kuala Jani, Kuala Semeliang, Rambutan, Kejai and Malau.

He expects more will be evacuated as the water level in Sungai Padang Terap is rising and has breached the danger level.
