PORT DICKSON, Feb 7 (Bernama) -- The body of a motorcyclist was almost severed when he was flung against a steel road-divider after his machine skidded at the 11.4km stretch of the Seremban-Port Dickson Highway today.
The deceased was identified as private college student Mohd Amiral Abdul Kadir, 20.
A police spokesman said Mohd Amiral was returning to his Seremban home from Port Dickson when his motorcycle skidded, causing the victim to be flung against the road-divider.
It is believed Mohd Amiral had finished his practical training at a hotel in Port Dickson and was on the way home when the mishap occured.
In another crash, a woman was killed when her motorcycle collided with a car at Bandar Enstek in Nilai this afternoon.
Nor Haliza Mohamed Hali, 21, who worked as a toll booth collector, died on the spot about 3.30pm.
She sustained head and body injuries.
