Public Accounts Committee asks Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission and police to investigate former Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy and former Port Klang Authority general manager Datuk Paduka O.C.Phang for criminal breach of trust over three letters of support and undertaking which were not authorised by the Finance Ministry for the Port Klang Free Zone project.
