AE MULTI HOLDINGS BHD has signed an agreement with Amtel Holdings Bhd to dispose of 499,000 ordinary shares on RM1.00 each, representing 49.9 percent equity interest in AAV Industries Sdn Bhd held by AE Multi Holdings, for RM140,522. -- BERNAMA

NATURAL BIO RESOURCES BHD's wholly-owned subsidiary, Power Root Marketing Sdn Bhd (PRM), has signed two sale and purchase agreements with the vendor for the proposed acquisition of a three-storey intermediate shop office and a three-storey corner shop office for RM3.8 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Natural Bio said upon execution of the agreements, a deposit of RM380,000, representing 10 percent of the total purchase consideration, was paid to the vendor.

The balance of the purchase consideration amounting to RM3.42 million, representing 90 percent of the total purchase consideration, would be paid within 90 days from the date of agreements.

The purchase consideration is to be funded from internally-generated funds.

The acquisition of the properties will increase and provide additional operations space for PRM's food and beverage outlet business. -- BERNAMA

MTOUCHE TECHNOLOGY BHD has provided financial assistance to GMO Global Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMO Ltd, which is in turn a 38.56 percent associated company of mTouche.

The loan is repayable one year from the date of acceptance of the letter of offer issued by mTouche to GMO Global or such date as may be agreed between mTouche and GMO Global.

The provision of financial assistance is to facilitate the ordinary course of business of GMO Global. -- BERNAMA
