KLIBOR FUTURES CLOSE LOWER

KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 (Bernama) -- The three-month Kuala Lumpur Interbank Offered Rates (KLIBOR) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed lower today with one contract month traded.

June 2010 fell 10 ticks to settle at 96.45, with 10 lots changing hands. The day's volume stood at 10 lots while open interest was at 35,870 contracts.

At 11.00am fixing, the three-month KLIBOR was at 2.13 percent. The five-year Malaysian Government Securities (MGS) were untraded.-- BERNAMA
