SHARE PRICES END MOSTLY LOWER - 2

Among the actives, Scomi Group-Loan Rights was flat at two sen while TA Global dropped 2.5 sen to 47.5 sen.

TA Global-PA slipped 11.5 sen to 38.5 sen, MLabs fell 1.5 sen to 17.5 sen but Affin-WC rose 1.5 sen to 30 sen.

As for the heavyweights, Sime Darby, CIMB and Tenaga remained untraded at RM8.95, RM13.00 and RM8.44.

Maybank rose one sen to RM6.96, Maxis and IOI Corp fell five sen each to RM5.32 and RM5.50 respectively, and Genting declined eight sen to RM7.04. Turnover on the Main Market dropped to 610.724 million shares worth RM858.393 million from last Friday's 649.320 million shares worth RM1.212 billion.

The ACE Market volume slipped to 65.886 million shares valued at RM12.806 million from 101.326 million shares worth RM23.663 million previously. The volume of warrants fell to 10.818 million units worth RM2.108 million from 15.569 million units worth RM3.681 million before. Consumer products accounted for 45.158 million shares traded on the Main Market, industrial products 84.963 million, construction 19.266 million, trade and services 189.251 million, technology 38.249 million, infrastructure 6.455 million, finance 71.376 million, hotels 13.385 million, properties 124.851 million, plantations 16.652 million, mining 10,000, REITs 1.046 million and closed/fund 56,400.-- BERNAMA UHS SD
