WATER SUPPLY DISRUPTION IN SHAH ALAM
KUALA LUMPUR, May 10 (Bernama) -- Several areas in Shah Alam will experience unscheduled water cuts as a result of burst pipes at three areas in Section 21 today. According to a statement by Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas), the disruption involved Sections 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, Taman Bukit Saga, Taman Alam Megah, Bukit Naga, Jalan Kebun and Jalan Bukit Kemuning. Repair works are underway and expected to finish at 5am tomorrow. Following this, consumers are expected to get their water supply in stages. Syabas has deployed three tankers to supply water to consumers in the affected areas.
